A New County Commissioner for east Lancashire Scout County has now been announced! below is a statment from the Regional Commissioner Chris Creelman, (Regional Commissioner, North West). At long last I am pleased to be able to announce that the HQ Appointment Advisory Committee has approved my recommendation of Glen Fendall as County Commissioner with effect from 28th June for an initial period of 2 years. We wish Glen great sucess in his new Scouting Role! |
